2017 NOH3 Red Dress Run Grant Applications |
The Red Dress Run Grant Application is now open. Please follow the instructions below.
|
INTRODUCTION
The New Orleans Hash House Harriers announce the availablity of community
grants using the proceeds from the 2017 NOH3 Red Dress Run.
The purpose of the grants is to support community efforts focused on the
Greater New Orleans Area.
Before starting your application, we ask that you consider the implications of
accepting a donation from the NOH3 Red Dress Run event. Please do some research
on our group and the event itself by searching for HASHING or NEW ORLEANS HASH HOUSE HARRIERS or RED DRESS RUN. It is
extremely important for you and your board to understand that the Red Dress Run
is associated with drinking (beer to be specific), cross-dressing (everyone is
in a red dress during this event, men and women alike) and overall good fun
mixed with a little bawdiness. If any of these things are in conflict with the
mission of your organization, or there could be adverse repercussions by
accepting a donation from the New Orleans Hash House Harriers, we ask that you
do not apply for funding.
|
WHO CAN APPLY?
Community groups or organizations with 501(c)3 status. You must include your
federal tax id number in your application letter. If you have a photograph of your organization members sporting a red dress, WITH A BIB NUMBER, please upload it with your 501(c)(3).
